- Are the onesies true to size?
Yes, all onesies are true to size and also comes with a stretchy elastic material to make the onesie cute and comfortable.
- How long is processing?
Processing can take up to 10 business days. Estimated processing times are determined by the availability of the items in your order. Availability of products are subjected to change without notice. Any error in products is subjected to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or charges and ask for your approval before we complete the order. If a product you ordered is not available , we will contact you immediately via phone, email, or both to see if you are interested in a product substitution. If a substitution is not a viable option for you and you would like to cancel your order completely, we will issue your payment as a refund immediately.
- How long is shipping?
1-5 Business days to arrive. This does NOT include processing time, Please DO NOT include holidays when calculating shipping times. For orders placed prior to 5pm (EST) will be processed that day, if placed after 5PM (EST) an additional day will be required for processing. We will give you a delivery estimate when you place your order based on the information we receive from our system.
- How long before my order is shipped?
Orders take 5-10 Business days to process before shipping out, this does not include pre-ordered items. in fewer cases, processing times may be extended due to high demands, personal and/or events such as Covid-19, weather conditions , international closers etc. However we are NOT responsible for any packages lost in transit or stolen upon delivery. All of our packages require signatures. Please ensure that you will be home at the time of delivery. IF you will not be home at the time of delivery please contact USPS or UPS to make them aware of this to either reschedule delivery or allow you to pick the package up at your local post office. If We entrust USPS and UPS to deliver packages on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer you reimbursement of shipping charges. If you need additional information, please contact us.
- Are our lashes cruelty free?
Yes! All of our luxurious lashes are mink free! No animals were harmed in the making of our lashes! We LOVE our fur babies :)
- How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation containing tracking information.
- Can I cancel/change my order?
Unfortunately, all orders are final and cannot be canceled. However. all changes must be made within 2 hours of placing the order.
- How do I refund my order?
ALL sales are FINAL and cannot be refunded. A default in your order may include an exchange. Exchanges must be requested within 2 days of receiving purchased item(s).
- Can I expedite my shipping?

- I put the wrong address on my order. How do I change it ?
No worries! Please contact our customer service as soon as possible for need of correction so we can update this information accordingly . Failure to provide valid shipping information may cause shipping delays, as information must be verified.
- What do I do if my package is missing?
Please contact your local postal service, we are not responsible for lost/missing packages. We will not issue refunds for packages that have been marked "delivered"or signed by customer.

Our hair does not tangle and has minimal to no shedding!
- Is the hair Human hair?
Yes! Our hair is 100% Virgin Human hair!
